Mental Wrap is a culturally-centered well-being practice of wellness, relaxation, awareness, and presence. Through a combination of well-being practices, Mental Wrap cultivates attentional stability, self-awareness, self-compassion, and social awareness.
Mental Wrap can be activated through sitting, walking, standing, running, or various yoga poses to generate a sense of well-being.
Mental Wraps are a preventative measure of self-care, and promote mental wellness in the workplace, performance enhancement of tasks, and benefit interpersonal relationships.

When we seek guidance or advice from others through dialogue it’s referred to as “rapping” or talking or dialogue. During Mental Wrap Meditations learn to tune into your inner dialogue or mental rap.
